DECLARATION
of 9 August 2006
on the declaration of the Priestess National Nature Reserve and the establishment of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (3) (b) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") and for the implementation of § 28 (1) and § 37 (1) of the Act:
§ 1
Subject matter
(1) The National Nature Reservation of Priestesses (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reservation") is hereby declared.
(2) The reason for special protection is the presence of communities of warm doubrae with a high proportion of old trees, warm steppic and forest-steppic communities on the mite base, early succeeding communities of exposed eroded slug areas on the most steep slopes and alternately moist places of subhalophile communities of mild terrain depression on impermeable soils at the bottom of the slopes and on these communities bound by rare and endangered species of plants and animals.
§ 2
Definition of the national nature reserve
The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Králové Hradec Region, in the cadastral territory of Hunzčice near Nové Bydžov and in the territory of the Central Bohemian Region, in the cadastral territories of Pínežíčka and Žahuní. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by closed geometric patterns with direct sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates given in the single trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The lists of coordinates of closed geometric patterns and their individual vertices arranged as follows in the figures are contained in Annex 1 to this Decree. The indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve is contained in Annex 3 to this decree.
§ 3
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve
(a) make changes to the type of land or the way in which it is used (2);
(b) to adjust the road surface (3) using non-local natural material;
(c) establish landfills of any material, including temporary ones.
§ 4
Protection zone
The protection zone of the national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Central Bohemian Region, in the cadastral territories of the Priestry and Žehun. The national nature reserve protection zone boundaries shall be determined by a separate closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates given in the single trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the closed geometric pattern and its individual vertices arranged as they follow in the pattern is contained in Annex 2 to this decree. The indicative graphical representation of the national nature reserve protection zone is contained in Annex 3 to this decree.
Efficacy
§ 5
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2006.
