THE LAW
of 25 October 2000
amending Act No. 279 / 1992 Coll., on certain other conditions for the performance of certain functions contained in the provisions or appointment of members of the Police of the Czech Republic and members of the Czech Correctional Education Corps, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 279 / 1992 Coll., on certain other preconditions for the performance of certain functions contained in the provisions or appointment of members of the Police of the Czech Republic and members of the Czech Correctional Education Corps, as amended by Act No. 256 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The following Section 10a is inserted after Section 10:
The provisions of this Act shall not apply to citizens born after 1 December 1971. '
2. In Paragraph 11, the words "and shall expire on 31 December 2000 'are deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
