DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 15 October 1990
amending and supplementing Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 51 / 1986 Coll., implementing Customs Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll., and Decree No. 84 / 1989 Coll., on customs concessions on imports of certain non-commercial goods
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to § 44 (2) of Customs Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll., as amended by Act No. 117 / 1983 Coll.:
Decree No. 51 / 1986 Coll., implementing Customs Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 40 (5), point (d) shall be deleted;
Article 74 (1), (2) and (3) read as follows:
"(1) The first month of storage of goods in customs warehouses shall be the first month of storage at the rate of:
(a) 5% of the price of the goods in storage, but not less than 50 CZK for the first five days of storage (the date of entry into storage of the goods does not count),
(b) 10% of the price of the goods stored, but not less than 100 CZK per day thereafter.
(2) Where customs documents, documents, documents and other documents are stored in the customs warehouses, the storage charge shall be payable for the first month of the beginning of the month of 20 CZK for each storage item.
(3) The storage of goods in customs warehouses for more than one month shall be subject to double the storage price referred to in paragraph 1 (b) and paragraph 2. ';
Decree No. 84 / 1989 Coll., on customs concessions on imports of certain non-commercial goods, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 3 is deleted.
The provisions of this Decree do not apply to non-commercial goods carried on the territory of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic until 31 October 1990 inclusive.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 1990.
