imposing a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has indicated that a collective agreement of a higher degree has been imposed on him since 1 January 2022 of 4 October 2021 between:
Trade union of state bodies and organisations,
Czech-Moravian Union of Civil Servants of the Army,
Trade union of health and social care of the Czech Republic,
Czech Moravian Union of Education Workers,
Association of Separate Unions
and
the Government of the Czech Republic.
