DECLARATION
of 16 October 2020
amending certain regulations in the field of education
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 123 (5) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act):
Amendment of the Decree on Higher Vocational Training
In Section 14 of Decree No. 10 / 2005 Coll., on Higher Vocational Training, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) During the period when the school provides education in a distance, tuition fees are not refunded."
Amendment of the pre-school education decree
In Section 6 of Decree No. 14 / 2005 Coll., on pre-school education, as amended by Decree No. 43 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 214 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 280 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 151 / 2018 Coll., at the end of paragraph 5, the sentence "Similarly, according to the first sentence, the Director of the School shall proceed in the event of interruption or limitation of the operation of the parent school under another legislation; where the school director knows the duration of the interruption or restriction of the operation of the parent school in the relevant month, he shall immediately inform the legal representatives of the amount of the remuneration in an appropriate manner. ';
Amendment of the Decree on Language Schools with the right to state language examinations and state language examinations
In Section 3 of Decree No. 33 / 2005 Coll., on language schools with the right of state language examinations and state language examinations, the sentence "For the period when a language school allows distance education, the reimbursement shall not be refunded."
Amendment of the Decree on Basic Art Education
In Paragraph 8 (3) of Decree No. 71 / 2005 Coll., on Basic Art Education, the sentence "During the period when a school allows for distance education, the remuneration is not returned."
Amendment of the Pets Regulation
In Section 11 of Decree No. 74 / 2005 Coll., on Home Education, as amended by Decree No. 279 / 2012 Coll., paragraphs 5 and 6 are added:
"(5) If the operation of the cooperative is reduced or interrupted in the calendar month for more than 5 days, the remuneration shall be reduced proportionally to the participant.
(6) If, in a calendar month, the operation of a club or centre is reduced or interrupted for more than 5 days, the remuneration shall be reduced in proportion to the restriction or interruption of its training. The remuneration shall not be reduced if the club or centre allows the replacement of the training by other means or by another date in the same school year. ';
EFFECTIVE
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
