fixing the amount of the flat-rate amount of the additional costs of the national health surveillance
According to § 97 (2) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 223 / 2013 Coll.:
Subject matter
This decree regulates, following the directly applicable European Union1) the amount of the flat-rate amount of additional control costs in the exercise of national health surveillance.
Amount of the lump sum
The amount of the flat-rate cost of additional checks in the exercise of state health supervision is CZK 3,000.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
