DECLARATION
of 22 November 2012
on the increase of pensions paid out of the pension insurance contract
According to § 110 (2) of Act No. 426 / 2011 Coll., on Pension Savings, for implementation of § 18 (2) of Act No. 426 / 2011 Coll., on Pension Savings:
The pension paid out of the pension insurance contract concluded under the Pension Savings Act, the payment of which began no later than 31 December of the calendar year preceding the calendar year of the date on which the pension increases, shall be increased by 2% from the first instalment of the pension due after 31 March of each calendar year of the amount due on the date on which the pension increases.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
