on the method of calculating the cost of the professional forestry operator's activity in cases where its activity is borne by the State
According to § 37 (8) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests and on the amendment and amendment of certain laws (Forest Act), the Ministry of Agriculture provides:
Method of calculation of costs
(1) The amount of the cost of the professional forestry operator's activities is determined as the sum of the costs for calendar days when the professional forestry operator performed his duties for forest owners. The cost per calendar day is the product of the total area of land intended to fulfil the forest functions of all owners and fixed rates per hectare per day.
(2) The rate is determined on the basis of the average cost of the professional forestry operator's activities and is CZK 1.80 per hectare per day.
(3) The cost of the professional forestry operator's duties is calculated over the past calendar quarter. The total quarterly costs shall be rounded down to the whole crown.
Repeal
Decree No. 219 / 1998 Coll., on the method of calculating the cost of the professional forestry operator's activities in cases where its activities are covered by the State, is hereby repealed.
Transitional provision
The calculation of the costs for the last quarter of 2011 shall be done according to the rules and rates applicable until 31 December 2011.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
