THE LAW
of 13 November 2009
amending Act No. 475 / 2008 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2009
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 475 / 2008 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2009, is amended as follows:
1. In the second sentence of Paragraph 1 (1), "CZK 1 152 101 697 000 'is replaced by" CZK 1 166 181 282 000' and in the third sentence, "CZK 38 100 000 'is replaced by" CZK 52 179 585 000'.
2. In Paragraph 1 (1) (a), "23 600 605 000 CZK" is replaced by "37 680 190 000 CZK."
3. In Annex 1, "1 152 101 697 'is replaced by" 1 166 181 282', "- 38 100 000 'is replaced by" - 52 179 585' and "23 600 605 'is replaced by" 37 680 190'.
4. In Annex 3, "462 882 270 'is replaced by" 469 988 328', "64 069 538 'is replaced by" 71 043 065' and "1 152 101 697 'is replaced by" 1 166 181 282'.
5. In Annex 4, in the table "Indicators of Chapter 313, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs'," 462 882 270 'is replaced by "469 988 328'," 328 000 'is replaced by "330 485 481'," 5 000 000 'is replaced by "6 972 034'," 150 000 'is replaced by "240 300'," 22 888 000 'is replaced by "25 1946 243' and" 15 588 000 'is replaced by "18 146 243'.
6. In Annex 4, in the table "Indicators of Chapter 396 State debt '," 64 069 538' is replaced by "71 043 065 '," 23 600 605' is replaced by "37 680 190 '," 47 936 505' is replaced by "54 810 032 'and" 300 000' is replaced by "400 000 '.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
