DECLARATION
of 12 October 2005
amending Decree No 222 / 1995 of the Ministry of Transport Coll., on waterways, navigation in ports, common accidents and transport of dangerous goods, as amended by Decree No 412 / 2004 Coll. and Decree No 666 / 2004 Coll.
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 52 of Act No. 114 / 1995 Coll., on Inland Navigation, as amended by Act No. 358 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 118 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No 222 / 1995 Coll., on waterways, navigation in ports, common accident and transport of dangerous goods, as amended by Decree No 412 / 2004 Coll. and Decree No 666 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 3 (a):
"(a) the Elbe watercourse from the river km 177,00 (Jarometry) to the river km 152,50 (Opatovice),
water flow Vltava from river km 241,40 (České Budějovice, Litvínovický potok) to river km 239,6 (České Budějovice, Jiráskova jej) including blind shoulder Vltava,
Water flow Malš from the river km 1,757 (České Budějovice, water consumption for the heating plant) to the river km 0,00 (České Budějovice, to the mouth into the water stream Vltava),
the water flow Lužice from the river km 4,0 (Kolodje nad Lužnicí) to the river km 0,00 (mouth into the water flow of the Vltava),
water flow Otava from river km 18,30 (Kavkovna) to river km 0,00 (Vodkov, mouth to water flow Vltava),
water flow Sazava from river km 2,50 (Pikovice) to river km 0,00 (Davle, mouth into the water flow Vltava),
Baska dam,
the Brno dam (Books),
the Dalesice dam,
dam tank Guard under Ralsk,
Hracholusky dam tank,
the Jesenice dam,

2. in Paragraph 28, the following point 8 is inserted after point 7:
"8. Port of Lovosice - Passages
The port consists of the left bank of the Elbe in the river km 48,4 - 47,75 with adjacent ground part. '
Points 8 and 9 shall be renumbered 9 and 10.
3. Paragraph 28 (10) (b) reads as follows:
"(b) Děčín port - Louví on the right bank of Elbe in river km 98,2 - 95,52 with adjacent ground section."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2005.
