DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 3 October 1990
amending and supplementing Decree No. 41 / 1985 Coll., on non-commercial exports and imports of goods, as amended by Regulations No. 179 / 1988 Coll., No. 118 / 1989 Coll., No. 4 / 1990 Coll., No. 52 / 1990 Coll. and No. 225 / 1990 Coll.
According to Article 54 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll. and No. 113 / 1990 Coll.:
Decree No. 41 / 1985 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Coll., on non-commercial exports and imports of goods, as amended by Decree No. 179 / 1988 Coll., No. 118 / 1989 Coll., No. 4 / 1990 Coll., No. 52 / 1990 Coll. and No. 225 / 1990 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (1) (c) reads as follows:
"(c) cases listed in Annex No 1 where their total value is more than 50 Ccs, when they are exported outside the scope of foreign trade for purposes other than adequate satisfaction of the personal needs of the exporting person during his temporary stay abroad or for the performance of his or her lawful activities abroad."
2. Paragraph 2 (4) (c) is deleted.
3. in Article 7 (2), the following point (e) is inserted after point (d):
"(e) the export of goods by a Czechoslovak natural person, in cases other than those referred to in (d), of a value not exceeding 50 CZK, excluding antiques and gold and silver products."
4. In the same Section 7 (2), point (e) is renumbered as point (f).
5. Paragraph 17a is deleted.
6. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
"Goods to be exported
[Paragraph 1 (1) (c) and § 1 (2) (1) (bb) of the Order]:
1. fuel exported in reserve containers
2. personal hygiene goods
3. feathers and down products
4. bed linen of all kinds
5. knitted linen, elastic linen, swimsuit
6. leather gloves and gaiters made of natural leather
7th summer sports equipment of all kinds including tents, rubber-textile couches, inflatable boats and fishing equipment
8. carpets and floor coverings of all kinds
9. lamps, including crystal chandeliers
10. aluminium and enamelled dishes
11. electrical and gas household appliances
12. personal computers, including accessories
13. bicycles and spare parts
14th sewing and knitting machines and spare parts
15. typewriters
16. utility porcelain and boiling glass, glass siphon and whipped cream bottles
17. negative films
18. Craft and economic tools and tools, including electrical
19th coatings and thinners
20. Tyres, billets, galus and soul
21st musical instruments
22nd enamel bath
23. passenger cars, motorcycles, mopeds, over 6 years of age from the year of manufacture, with the exception of vehicles manufactured until 1970. '
7. Annex 2 shall read as follows:
"Goods whose export is prohibited
(Paragraph 7 (1) of the Decree):
1. food and food products of all kinds, including beer
2. footwear of all kinds
3. stockings, including stockings
4. babies' diapers, babies' and babies' garments of all kinds
5. detergents and detergents
6. articles of gold and silver
7. antiques
8. ball weapons (including sporting air weapons), hunting shotgun weapons, special expansion devices and ammunition *)
9. metallurgical materials
10. building materials of all kinds (masonry materials, cement, lime, waterproofing materials, electrical installations, fittings, sanitary ware, radiators, roofing coverings, sawn wood and building wood, windows, doors, sewer pipes, ceramic tiles, tiles and other)
11. passenger cars, motorcycles, mopeds, under 6 years of age since manufacture
12. spare parts for motor vehicles. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
