amending Act No. 117 / 2020 Coll., amending Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Enterprise (Trade Act), as amended, and other related laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 117 / 2020 Coll., amending Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Enterprise (Trade Act), as amended, and other related laws, are amended as follows:
1. In Part Three, the following Article IV is inserted after Article III:
Transitional provision
The right fee shall not be subject to the issue of the Czech National Card Guide I and II. step, if the application for the issue of the Czech National Card guide submitted by 28 February 2021. '
Article IV shall become Article V.
2. In Part Four, Article V, "1 November 2020 'is replaced by" 1 January 2021' and "1 January 2021 'is replaced by" 1 March 2021'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 November 2020.
