DECLARATION
of 11 December 2013
amending Decree No. 106 / 2001 of the Ministry of Health Coll., on sanitary requirements for rehabilitation actions for children, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 108 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 151 / 2011 Coll., for the implementation of § § 9 (3), § 11 (1) (a) and (d) of the Act:
Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 106 / 2001 Coll., on sanitary requirements for recovery actions for children, as amended by Decree No. 148 / 2004 Coll. and Decree No. 320 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 2, the table "Scope of training 'reads:

2. Point 2.4.3 of Annex 2 reads as follows:
"2.4.3. melting (types of drowning, means of rescue and their use, provision of first aid on the surface, urgent resuscitation of melting) '.
3. In Annex 2, point 3.1, the words "one and two saviors' are deleted.
4. In Annex 2, point 5.3, the word "health 'is replaced by the word" health'.
5. In Annex 2, point 5.5, the words "(after its introduction) 'are deleted.
6. In Annex 2, point 6.4, "Medical 'is replaced by" Medical'.
7. In Annex 2, point 7.4., the words "(catering) 'are replaced by the words" (catering service)'.
8. in Annex No 2, point 8 is deleted;

10. In Annex No 4, Part I, the words:
"- tablets or cones for headaches, teeth (analgesics)
- tablets or cones to lower elevated temperature (antipyretics) "
shall be replaced by:
"- medicines against temperature and pain (antipyretics, analgesics)."
11. In Annex No 4, Part I, the words "animal charcoal 'are replaced by the words" diarrhoea products'.
12. In Annex No 4, Part I, the words "nasal drops for the release of nasal respiratory passages (otorinolaryngology) ', the words" ointment or spray accelerating healing, e.g. burns (dexpantenol spray)' and the words "disinfectant around the wound 'are deleted.
13. In Annex No 4, Part I, the words "cough drops, solution (syrup) or tablets (antitussis, expktorants) 'are replaced by the words" cough preparations (antitussis, expktorants)'.
14. In Annex 4, Part II, the words "(60 x 1250 mm) 'shall be inserted after the words" rubber choke bandage'.
15. In Annex 4, Part II, the words "medical wooden blades' and" splints for fixation, different dimensions' are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
