amending Decree No. 194 / 2009 Coll., on determining the details of the use and operation of the data box information system
According to § 20 (3) of Act No. 300 / 2008 Coll., on Electronic Acts and Authorised Conversion of Documents, as amended by Act No. 190 / 2009 Coll.:
Annex 3 to Decree No. 194 / 2009 Coll., on the determination of the details of the use and operation of the data box information system, is amended as follows:
1. The current text of Annex 3 shall be renumbered point I.
2. In point I, the sentence "Allowed data message formats delivered to the data clipboard shall be inserted at the beginning, subject to the conditions set out in points II and III of the formats'.
3. in point I (k), "doc" is replaced by "doc / docx."
4. in point I (l), "xls' is replaced by" xls / xlsx ';
5. In point I (m), "ppt 'is replaced by" ppt / pptx'.
6. in point I (p), "tiff 'is replaced by" tif / tiff';
7. In point I, the following points (v) to (z) are added at the end:
"(v) edi (international standard EDIFACT, ODETTE and EANCOM standards for electronic trade documents - EDI)
w) dwg (AutoCAD DraWinG File Format) version 2007 and higher
x) shp / dbf / shx / prj / qix / sbn / sbx (ESRI Shapefile)
y) dgn (Bentley MicroStation Format) version V7 and V8
(z) gml / gfs / xsd (Geography Markup Language Document) ';
8. In point I, the footnote is deleted.
9. the following points II and III are inserted after point I:
"II. Formats referred to in point I are acceptable data message formats delivered to the data box if they contain the corresponding suffixes. A link means an external character of the data message format that allows the software to identify the data file type.
III. The format referred to in point I (c) shall be the permissible format of the data message delivered to the data box if it corresponds to the publicly available XSD scheme published by the recipient of the data message. ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2011.
