amending Decree No 671 / 2004 Coll., laying down details on the organisation of admission procedures for secondary school education
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides according to § 64 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act):
Decree No 671 / 2004 Coll., laying down the details of the organisation of admission procedures for secondary school education, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1), at the end of point (k), the comma is replaced by a dot and point (l), including footnotes 6 and 7, is deleted.
2. In Section 1, the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The application also includes documents related to the criteria of the admission procedure laid down by the Director of the Central School6), in particular the final evaluation of the applicant from primary education6a), or, where appropriate, documents on the results in professional competitions, on the publication activities, on the qualifications acquired 6b) or on the further training achieved in the school7).

Paragraphs 2 to 5 shall be renumbered paragraphs 3 to 6.
3. In Article 1 (4) and (5), the words "but no later than the end of August before the beginning of the school year 'are replaced by the words" no later than the date on which he becomes a pupil of the school7a)'.

4. In Article 3 (2), the words "maximum possible 'are replaced by the words" fixed by it'; the words "for admission procedures' are deleted; and at the end of the paragraph, the sentence" In the event of a joint admission procedure taking place in several fields of education, the school director shall publish this fact. ';
5. In Section 3, at the end of paragraph 5, the following sentence is added: "If this day falls on the day of work or leave, the entrance examinations shall take place at the next working day."
6. In Paragraph 4 (2), the last sentence is replaced by the sentence "In the event that the entrance examination is not held or is not required to take place in accordance with the criteria of the admission procedure, the applicant shall be informed in writing by the principal of the school at the same time as the information on the absence of the entrance examination."

Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
