on the definition of nature conservation zones of the Protected Landscape Areas of Šumava
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 27 (1) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
Subject matter
This Decree sets out the conservation zones of nature (hereinafter referred to as the "zones") in the territory of the Protected Landscape Area of Šumava.1)
Definition of zones
(1) The territory of the Protected Landscape Area of Šumava is divided into zone I, zone II, zone III and zone IV.
(2) The 1: 10 000 map documents on which the zones are drawn are stored in the National Park and the Šumava Protected Landscape Region, located in Vimperk and the Central Nature Protection List (Section 42 (2) of the Act). The map documents of the scale 1: 25 000 on which the zones are drawn are stored at the Ministry of the Environment in Prague and at the municipal authorities of the municipalities whose territory interferes with the Protected Landscape Region of Šumava.
(3) The map documents on which the zones are drawn are in the scale 1: 100 000 annexed to this decree.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
