THE LAW
of 25 October 2000
amending Act No. 451 / 1991 Coll., laying down certain additional conditions for the performance of certain functions in the state bodies and organisations of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Čl. I
Act No. 451 / 1991 Coll., laying down certain other conditions for the performance of certain functions in the state bodies and organisations of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, as amended by the Constitutional Court of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic of 26 November 1992, published on 15 December 1992 in the amount of 116 / 1992 Coll., and Act No. 254 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 20 reads:
„§ 20
Paragraph 1 to 3 shall not apply to citizens born after 1 December 1971. No certificate or affidavit pursuant to Article 4 of this Act shall be required for such citizens. '
2. In Article 23, the words "and shall expire on 31 December 2000 'are deleted.
Čl. II
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
