DECLARATION
of 17 December 2024
amending Decree No. 130 / 2024 Coll., on the establishment of municipal construction offices
According to § 333 (1) of Act No. 283 / 2021 Coll., the Act of Construction, as amended by Act No. 152 / 2023 Coll., provides for the implementation of § 30 (3) (b) and § 30 (4) and (5) of this Act:
Decree No. 130 / 2024 Coll., on the establishment of municipal construction offices, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, in the column "STAFF AUTHORITY ', the rows" Pure', "Turkeys'," Suchdol nad Odra 'and "Chabarovice' are deleted.
2. In Annex No 2, in the row "Čáslav ', in the column" OBCE, JEICHH TERRITORY OF THE TRADE', the words "Hostovnice, Křisanec, VINAR, Žleby 'are added.
3. In Annex 2, in the row "Český Brod ', in the column" OBCESSIVE, ITS TERRITORY OF ORIGIN', the word ', Cernists' is added.
4. In Annex No 2, in the column "BUILDING AUTHORITY 'and" ORIGINAL TERRITORY OF THE TRADE', the row "Clean 'is deleted.
5. In Annex No 2, in the row "Lollipop ', in the column" ORIGIN OF THE TERRITORY OF THE ORIGINAL ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUMENT', the word, "Kojetice 'is deleted.
6. In Annex 2, in the row "Lysá nad Labem ', the words" Kounice, Poznań' are added to the column "OBCESSION OF THE TERRITORY OF THE TRADE '.
7. In Annex No 2, in the row "Milovice ', in the column" OBCESSION, ITS TERRITORY OF ORIGIN', the words "words'," Prowlers', "Mermaid 'are deleted.
8. In Annex No 2, in the row "Neratovice ', in the column" OBCESSION OF THE TERRITORY OF THE TRADE', the word ", Kojetice 'is added.
9. In Annex No 2, in the row "Nymburk ', in the column" OBCESSIVE, ITS TERRITORY OF ORIGINATING ADMINISTRATIVE TRAVEL', the following is added: "Magpie '.
10. In Annex No 2, the words "Břežany, Clean, Rivers, Arrows, Wenceslas, Great Chmelistný, All-Sulov, Zavidov 'shall be added to the row" Cancer'.
11. In Annex No 2, the word "Cernists," shall be deleted from the line "Sadas" in the column "OBCESSION, ITS TERRITORY OF ORIGIN" and the words "Koutice, Beam" shall be deleted.
12. In Annex No 2, in the column "BUILDING AUTHORITY 'and" OBLIGATIONS OF THEIR TERRITORY OF ORIGINATING ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUMENT', the row "Turkeys' is deleted.
13. In Annex No 2, in the row "Young Vožice ', in the column" OBCESSIVE, HER TERRITORY OF ORIGINATING ADMINISTRATIVE TRAVEL', the words "Movement, Family 'are added.
14. In Annex No 2, in the row "Camp ', in the column" OBCESSION, ITS TERRITORY OF ORIGINATION', the words', Drift 'and' Family 'are deleted.
15. In Annex No 2, in the row "Host ', in the column" ORIGIN OF WHICH THE TERRITORY OF THE ORIGINAL ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUMENT', the word, "Hand 'is deleted.

30. In Annex No 2, in the row "Slušovice ', in the column" OBCESSION OF WHICH THE TERRITORY OF ORIGINATING ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUMENT', the word ',' Thistle 'is deleted.
31. In Annex 2, in the row "Zlin ', in the column" OBCESSION, ITS TERRITORY OF ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCUMSTANCES', the word ', Festering' is added.
Transitional provisions
1. All documents relating to administrative procedures initiated under Act No. 283 / 2021 Coll., Construction Act, as amended, until 31 December 2024 which relate to the territory of the municipality, which is incorporated into the administrative district of another municipal building office from 1 January 2025, will initially be transmitted by the municipal building office responsible to the newly competent building office by 31 January 2025.
2. When a file separation is carried out in connection with the termination of the activity of the building office or with the change of the administrative perimeter of the building office, the procedure shall be applied mutatis mutandis in accordance with Section 68a of Act No. 499 / 2004 Coll., on archiving and file service and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
