ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 19 October 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (b) to (e) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 21 October 2020 at 00: 00
amending points I / 1, I / 3 and I / 7 of the Government Resolution of 12 October 2020 No 1022, published under No 408 / 2020 Coll., new:
"1. the operation of universities pursuant to Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll., on Higher Education and amending and supplementing other laws (Act on Higher Education), as amended, including foreign universities and their branches operating in the territory of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as" higher education "), by prohibiting the personal presence of students in teaching and examinations, if more than 10 persons participate at one time in the examination, at the university and in participants in lifelong learning courses; the prohibition of the personal presence of students under this point shall not apply to participation in the clinical and practical teaching and practice of students in general medical, dental, pharmacy and other medical study programmes, and students in educational and practical training in primary and secondary schools or in educational establishments for the performance of constitutional and protective education, ';
"3. the operation of secondary and higher vocational schools and conservatories pursuant to Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (the Education Act), as amended, by prohibiting the personal presence of pupils and students in secondary and higher vocational education in schools and in the Conservatory under the Education Act, except:
- schools set up in establishments for the exercise of constitutional or protective education,
- schools established by the Ministry of Justice,
- practical schools of one and two years,
- practical training and training of pupils and students in health and social services, "
"7. the operation of educational and accommodation facilities by prohibiting the provision of accommodation for pupils of schools and students of higher vocational schools under the school law who have a different residence in the Czech Republic, in educational and accommodation facilities (home of youth, boarding school), with the exception of pupils and students who have been required by the government to work under the Emergency Act, pupils and students who participate in practical training as referred to in point 3, and pupils of practical schools of one-year and two-year-olds, and the school of nature shall be prohibited."
