Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 421 / 2017 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the field of prices, as amended, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) and Article 17 (11) and (12) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the performance of the state administration in the energy sector and on the modification of certain laws (Energy Act) concerning the provision of regulated prices related to the supply of gas, and pursuant to Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on the promotion of the supported energy sources and the amendment of certain laws, as amended laws, has been published in Decision No 5 / 2017 of 21 November 2017 on the price of the electricity and on the price, on the regulated prices for the related services of 21 November 2017 on the electricity.

In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 5 / 2017 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 24 November 2017, in the amount 7, in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 24 November 2017, in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 24 November 2017, in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 24 November 2017, in the amount 9. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. The activities shall take place on 1 January 2018.
