DECLARATION
of 11 October 2005
establishing the Statistical Survey Programme for 2006
The Czech Statistical Office provides pursuant to § 27 (b) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended by Act No. 411 / 2000 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of § 10 (1) of the Act:
The 2006 statistical survey programme (hereinafter referred to as the Programme) is set out in Annexes 1 and 2 to this Decree.
(1) In addition to the information described in the Annex for each statistical survey, the statistical survey shall also include the identity of the reporting agent, for the legal entity, the trading firm or the name and its registered office, and for the natural person carrying out the business name, surname, and, where appropriate, the business name and place of business. For both types of reporting agents, the identification number, the predominant activity in the reference period, the name and, where applicable, the name and surname of the person who completed the statement or questionnaire and, where possible, its telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address. In the case of a reporting agent being filled in by another entity acting on the basis of an authorisation to represent or conclude a contract, the name and, where applicable, the surname of the person who completed the statement or questionnaire and, where possible, its telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address shall also be indicated.
(2) The statistical surveys concerning health, social, cultural, school or educational establishments shall also include the internal department code names of the internal unit and the business or name and identification number of the founder or founder.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2006.

1. Purpose and content of statistical surveys
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Obtaining statistical data to calculate the quarterly basic macroeconomic indicators for the Czech Republic for the compilation of quarterly national accounts, for assessing economic developments in selected sectors of non-financial corporations and individuals in financial management and employment during the year and for other analytical purposes. The results obtained and statistically evaluated data will be used to provide information to international organisations and institutions (in particular the European Union, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank), government, regional, economic and social institutions, business and the public. The security of indicators in the required structures is in line with European statistical standards and Council Regulation (EC) No 2223 / 96 of 25 June 1996 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the Community.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Labour indicators - staff, wages, bonuses and rewards, hours worked, in industry and especially for manual workers and wages owed. Financial indicators flow in statistical breakdowns - income and cost components, book value added, pre-tax result. Financial indicators in statistical breakdowns - long-term intangible and tangible assets, stocks by component, financial assets by component including advances and accruals, claims, liabilities broken down into equity, reserves, bonds and notes, bank loans, loans and repayable financial assistance. Basic data on gains and losses of fixed intangible assets and tangible assets by type of property.
2. Regiment of reporting agents subject to reporting requirements
Economic operators - legal and natural persons (incorporated and not incorporated in the Commercial Register) having the predominant activity under
- NACE 01, 02, 05 (agriculture, forestry, fishing)
- NACE 10 to 41 (industry)
- NACE 45 (Construction)
- NACE 50 to 55 (business, hospitality, accommodation)
- Windows 60 to 64 (right, connections)
- NACE 70 to 93 (services, research and development).
The reporting obligation on the individual mutating statement is linked to the NACE and the number of employees of the economic operator. Individual mutations are assigned to economic operators by the Czech Statistical Office based on data in the RES (Register of Economic Entities).

Purpose of statistical surveys:
Recovering basic statistics from the household sector involved in the business process to calculate the complete set of macroeconomic indicators within the annual national accounts, to evaluate the annual economic developments in selected sectors, including structural changes of both sectoral and material nature, to compile regional cross-sections and accounts and to further analyse.
Use of data obtained and statistically evaluated to provide information to international organisations and institutions (in particular the European Union, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank), government, regional, economic and social institutions, business and the public. The security of indicators in the required structures is in line with European statistical standards, in particular Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 58 / 97 of 20 December 1996 concerning structural business statistics and Council Regulation (EC) No 2223 / 96 of 25 June 1996 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the Community.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Labour and wages indicators - number of working owners, number of employees, wages, hours worked and other indicators in the field of employment. Financial indicators in the statistical breakdown - breakdown of revenue and expenditure (revenue and cost) excluding VAT and excise duties, assets and liabilities. Company description - selected indicators about the company. Work indicators - number of working owners, number of employees, wages, hours worked and other indicators in the area of employment. Financial indicators in statistical breakdowns - income and costs, aggregate asset indicators, acquisition of long-term intangible and tangible assets, financial leasing accepted and provided, specification of acquired long-term tangible assets without land and mineral deposits according to the GMP, additional data on intangible and tangible assets, sources of financing of long-term intangible and tangible assets, stocks, financial assets and additional indicators. Research, development, information and communication technologies, identification of entities with foreign equity participation and identification of top foreign owner. Trade relations in a group under foreign control. Selected indicators about work, wages and acquisition of fixed assets structured by territory. Specific indicators by sector - specification of selected items of sales for construction, market services (customer structure, customer headquarters and query sections for services provided abroad), distribution of purchases by type of supplier for wholesale and retail, distribution of sales by type of consumer for wholesale, distribution of establishments by type and size of retail sales area, structured by territory. Indicators characterising sectoral specificities - sales for sales of own products, services, goods, activation, stocks, sales for export supplies and costs of goods sold, all structured according to the GMP. List of local economic entity units. Selected indicators by activity unit. Structure of selected financial assets by issuer and borrower.

The reporting obligation on the individual mutant statement is addressed to entities with a number of employees with 0 employees for the mutation P 5-01 (m), 1-19 employees for the mutation P 5-01 (a), 20-99 employees for the mutation P 5-01 (b) and 100 or more employees for the mutation P 5-01 (c). Individual mutations are assigned to economic operators by the Czech Statistical Office based on data in the RES (Register of Economic Entities).

Purpose of statistical surveys:
Obtaining basic information on livestock slaughter to assess the meat market situation, to establish trends in this area and to calculate gross domestic production for international comparison. The survey results will be used for public information, the Ministry of Agriculture, FAO and the EU.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
The number and weight of animals slaughtered in live and slaughter weight broken down by quality category and class.
