THE LAW
of 18 September 2002
amending Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on salary and remuneration for on-call duty in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 590 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 201 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 225 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 492 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 308 / 2002 Coll., and Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 4 (3), "December 2002 'is replaced by" December 2003'.
2. In Paragraph 4 (4), "January 2003 'is replaced by" January 2004'.
3. In the Annex, effective until 31 December 2002, the words "December 2002 'are replaced by the words" December 2003'.
4. In the Annex, effective from 1 January 2003, the words "January 2003 'are replaced by the words" January 2004'.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2003.
