GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 December 2022
amending Government Regulation No 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and the special allowance for professional soldiers, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 68 (2) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
In Article 2 of the Decree of the Government No. 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and on the special surcharge for professional soldiers, as amended by Decree No. 282 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 346 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 427 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 175 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 328 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 305 / 2018 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 322 / 2019 Coll. and Decree No. 533 / 2021 Coll., paragraph 1 reads:
"(1) The amount of the service charges belonging to the military rank referred to in Section 68 (2) of the Professional Soldiers Act shall be:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
