GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No 341 / 2017 Coll., on the pay ratios of employees in public services and administration, as amended, Government Regulation No 304 / 2014 Coll., on the pay ratios of civil servants, as amended, and Government Regulation No 347 / 2021 Coll., amending Government Regulation No 304 / 2014 Coll., on the pay ratios of civil servants, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 123 (6) (f) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 364 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 365 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., and pursuant to § 145 (1) of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on Civil Service, as amended by Act No. 35 / 2019 Coll.:
Amendment of government regulations on pay ratios of public service employees and administration
Government Regulation No 341 / 2017 Coll., on the remuneration of employees in public services and administration, as amended by Government Regulation No. 263 / 2018 Coll., Government Regulation No. 332 / 2018 Coll., Government Regulation No. 158 / 2019 Coll., Government Regulation No. 300 / 2019 Coll., Government Regulation No. 603 / 2020 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 322 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 4 (8) and (10), "to 4 'is replaced by" to 5';
2. Paragraph 5 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Employees who are a worker in social services or a social worker in social services facilities, a social service provider who carries out activities in social services or under special legislation in the field of assistance in material emergency, in the social legal protection of children, in school and school facilities, in prison, in an institution for the protection of foreigners and in asylum facilities, or in a social worker with a health service provider, unless at the same time:
1. an employee referred to in Section 303 (1) of the Labour Code; or
2. by an official of a local authority pursuant to Article 2 (4) of the Act on officials of local authorities and amending certain laws;
It shall be for the salary tariff determined in accordance with the scale of the rates set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation. ';
3. In Article 5, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) Staff members who are medical professionals providing medical services referred to in § 2 (2) and (3) of the Health Services Act, unless referred to in paragraph 4, shall be entitled to a salary fare determined on the basis of the scale of the rates set out in Annex 3 to this Regulation."
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall be renumbered paragraphs 4 and 5.
4. In Section 5 (4) of the final part of the provision, "No 3 'is replaced by" No 4'.
5. In Paragraph 5 (5), "4 'is replaced by" 5'.
6. In Article 8 (1) and (4), "5 'is replaced by" 6';
Amendment to the Government Regulation amending the Government Regulation on the remuneration of civil servants
In Article I of Decree-Law No 347 / 2021 Coll., amending Decree-Law No 304 / 2014 Coll., on the remuneration of civil servants, as amended, point 7 is deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
