GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 November 2001
fixing an additional duty on imports of meat and edible offal from poultry of Gallus domesticus for the calendar year 2001
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 40 of Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain arrangements for the export or import of products and on licensing procedures and amending certain laws:
In the case of goods covered by the Customs Tariff (1) under subheading 0207 11 - Uncut, fresh or chilled, 0207 12 - Uncut, frozen, 0207 13 - Cuts and offal, fresh or chilled (except subheading 0207 13 91 - Liver) and 0207 14 - Cuts and offal, frozen (except subheading 0207 14 91 - Liver), the rate of import duty fixed by the Customs Tariff (1) or by international contract shall apply, 2) increased by 14,3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the second working day following its publication.

1) Decree of the Government No 441 / 2000 Coll., establishing the tariff rate and fixing the import duty rates for goods originating in developing and least developed countries and the conditions for their application (tariff rate).
2) For example, the Central European Free Trade Agreement - Protocol No 7, published under No 54 / 1995 Coll., as amended, the Treaty establishing a Customs Union between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, published under No 237 / 1993 Coll., the European Agreement establishing an Association between the Czech Republic, of the one part, and the European Communities and their Member States, of the other part - Protocol No 4, published under No 7 / 1995 Coll., as amended.
