amending the Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No 148 / 1971 Coll., on the Protection of Economic and Professional Secrets
The Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic orders pursuant to § 23 paragraph 3 of Act No. 102 / 1971 Coll., on the Protection of State Secrets:
The Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 148 / 1971 Coll., on the Protection of Economic and Professional Secrets, is amended as follows:
1. the last sentence of Paragraph 1 (2) shall be deleted.
2. the word "political" shall be deleted from Paragraph 3 (1).
3. § 8 is deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 October 1990.
