Trade union of state bodies and organizations, represented by President Bc. Pavel Bednář Českomoravská trade union of civil servants of the army, represented by President Jitka Šebková
Department of Health and Social Welfare of the Czech Republic, represented by President Bc. Dagmar Žitniková
Czech Moravian Union of Education Workers, represented by President Mgr. František Dobšík
of the one part,
and
Government of the Czech Republic, represented by Prime Minister Mgr. Bohuslav Sobotka
on the other hand.
