DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 378 / 2010 Coll., establishing a species list of grown plants
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 3 (11) (e) of Act No. 219 / 2003 Coll., on the putting into circulation of seeds and propagating plants and amending certain laws (Act on the circulation of seed and seed), as amended by Act No. 331 / 2010 Coll.:
Decree No. 378 / 2010 Coll., establishing the species list of grown plants, is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence "Commission Implementing Directive 2013 / 45 / EU of 7 August 2013 amending Council Directives 2002 / 55 / EC and 2008 / 72 / EC and Commission Directive 2009 / 145 / EC as regards the botanical name of tomato shall be added. ';
2. In the Annex to point 4, the words "Lycopersicon esculentum Mill." shall be replaced by "Solanum lycopersicum L."
3. The following point 6 is inserted after point 5 of the Annex:

Efficacy
