The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 12 December 2011 it issued a price regulation 2 / 2012 / FAR on price regulation of medical devices. The price regulation is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin 11 / 2011 of 29 December 2011 and came into effect on 1 January 2012.
