DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Transport
of 28 March 1984
amending the tractor conditions
The Federal Ministry of Transport provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 4 (2) of Act No. 51 / 1964 Coll., on Railways:
Decree No. 126 / 1964 Coll., on contact between national and tugboat tracks and on relations between participating organisations (conditions), as amended by Regulations No. 111 / 1966 Coll. and No. 2 / 1980 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in § 5 (3) and 6 (1) (a), the word "accident" is replaced by "accident";
2. in Article 6 (2), point (b) shall be deleted, points (c) and (d) shall be renumbered as points (b) and (c) respectively;
3. in Paragraph 6 (3), "400" is replaced by "1200," "100" by "400" and "50" by "200";
4. in Article 7 (2), the word "trawls" shall be inserted after the words "traffic manager";
5. in Paragraph 8 (3), the words "wagon mail (TOR)" shall be replaced by the words "tug power (TR 62)";
6. in Paragraph 12 (1), the words "the schedule of the tug fees to be issued by the Ministry of Transport as a tariff" shall be replaced by the words "the tariff of the tug performance (TR 62)";
7. Paragraph 12 repeals paragraph 2, paragraph 3 becomes paragraph 2;
8. In Paragraph 14 (1) (c), the words "to procure foreign goods, i.e. for consideration," are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1984.
