amending and supplementing Decree No 93 / 1979 Coll., on the remuneration and physical security of pupils and apprentices preparing for the professional professions in teaching and study fields, as amended by Decree No 166 / 1979 Coll. and Decree No 45 / 1981 Coll.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic provide in agreement with the participating central authorities and the Czech Trade Union Council pursuant to § 230 (2) and (3) of the Labour Code and under § 40 (3) (a) of Act No. 63 / 1978 Coll., on measures in the system of primary and secondary schools:
The Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 93 / 1979 Coll., on the remuneration and physical security of pupils and apprentices preparing for the professional professions in the fields of study and teaching, as amended by Decree No. 166 / 1979 Coll. and Decree No. 45 / 1981 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 7 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The organisation provides all-day meals for pupils and apprentices in the value of the financial standard 17.80 CZK, of which

The costs of purchasing food up to the financial standard shall be borne by the organisation from operational funds. ';
2. Article 7 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) For pupils and apprentices in mining and other teaching fields of the most economically important, listed in Annex 1 (a), the catering organisation shall provide the following financial food standards:

The higher costs than the value of the financial standard laid down in paragraph 3 shall be borne by the organisation on the basis of profits after the fulfilment of the compulsory contributions, taxes and allocations. 8) '.
3. Article 7 (7) reads as follows:
"(7) In the period of professional development, all apprentices pay a sum of 15.70 CZK for meals during the monthly periods in which they are paid for productive work for each day when they eat. For semi-subsistence, the amount corresponding to the value of the food taken shall be paid for:

The apprentices must always remain at least equal to the amount of the monthly remuneration in the last year of the preparatory period from the remuneration for productive work in the relevant settlement period. ';
4. Article 8 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Pupils and apprentices who do not benefit under Paragraph 7 (1) shall be subject to a remuneration of 15,70 CZK in the preparatory period. in the period of professional development, if the cost of meals is not paid in full by the apprentice in accordance with the provisions of § 7 (7), the remainder shall be paid up to 15.70 CZK at the full day's meals; in the case of semi-subsistence, the remainder shall be reimbursed to an amount corresponding to the value of the food taken in accordance with the second sentence of Section 7 (7). ';
If, on a case-by-case basis, the amount applicable to the identification of the social needs of pupils and apprentices due to an increase in pensions and provision allowance is exceeded, (1) the pupil or apprentice shall continue to be considered as socially needed.
Measures taken since 1 February 1982 in accordance with this Decree shall be deemed to have been taken under this Order.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
