DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance
of 13 April 1978
on the issue of commemorative silver 50 crowns for the 650th anniversary of the founding of the Mint in Kremnica
The Federal Ministry of Finance declares, pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on monetary reform and under § 2 (2) of Government Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins:
(1) On the occasion of the 650th anniversary of the founding of the Mint in Kremnice, commemorative silver 50 crowns are issued.
(2) The silver silver 50 crowns are rolled from an alloy of 700 pieces of silver and 300 pieces of copper. The weight of 50 kroner is 13 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down of 10 / 1000 and a silver content of 5 / 1000 is permitted. The diameter of the 50 crown is 31 mm, on its edge is the recurring influence of the ring and on both sides of the split comma.
(3) On the face of the commemorative silver fifty crowns is the state emblem of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, around which is the state name from left up in the copy "CZECHOSIAN SOCIALISTIC REPUBLIC." The designation of the value "50 CZK 'is placed in two lines under the national character.
(4) On the back of the commemorative silver 50 crowns is shown in the middle of the raider, stamping hand coin. Around the racer are located: left from him the front of the golden floren Karl Robert of Anjou, founder of the Kremlin Mint, above it the back of the silver stocron for the memory of the thirty years of the Czechoslovak Republic, right the back of the commemorative silver fifty-five crown for the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia and down the rump of the commemorative silver twenty-five crown for the 25th anniversary of the Slovak National Uprising. The fields between the coins are bounded by two arches. In the copy from left is the text "650 ROKOV MINCOVNE IN KREMNICI" and the years "1328-1978." The author of the proposal for a commemorative silver 50 crown is academic sculptor Andrei Peter whose initials "AP" are right from the intersection of the right and bottom coins.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
