DECLARATION
Minister for Justice
of 11 April 1960
on residences and territorial districts of state notaries
The Minister of Justice, pursuant to § 1 (1) and § 13 of Act No. 52 / 1954 Coll., which extends the scope of state notaries:
The offices and territorial districts of the state notaries are the same as the offices and territorial districts of the county and to the national committees established under the Act of 9 April 1960 No. 36 Coll., on the territorial breakdown of the State.
(1) From the date of application of this decree, the pending succession procedure of the state notaries is continued, which would have been appropriate if the procedure had been initiated at the time of application of this decree.
(2) In other cases which are not completed on the date of application of this Decree at the state notaries cancelled or divided into the territorial districts of several new state notaries, the state notaries of which the seat of the existing state notaries shall continue; If only part of the district of the state notaries is separated, the management of the existing state notaries shall continue.
(3) The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall also apply if any action has to be taken in respect of a case in which the proceedings were concluded before the date of application of this decree.
Orders are repealed:
(a) the Minister for Justice
1. No 259 / 1954 Ú. l. (286 / 1954 Ú. v.), on residences and territorial districts of state notaries,
2. no 240 / 1957 Ú. l., on the establishment of a state notaries in the Island,
3. No 195 / 1958 Ú. l., on the establishment of certain state notaries and the definition of their scope,
4. No 183 / 1959 Ú. l., on organisational changes in the field of state notaries;
(b) the delegate of justice
1. No 40 / 1958 Ú. l. (Ú. v.) on the establishment of a state notaries in Shuran,
2. No 55 / 1959 Ú. l. (Ú. v.), on the establishment of the state notaries Bratislava-surroundings and the change of the territorial district of the state notaries in Bratislava.
This decree shall take effect from the date of its publication.
