on the provisional application of certain provisions of Annex A, instrument X- Czechoslovakia, annexed to the Protocol on the conditions for access to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade negotiated on 10 October 1949
The Minister of Finance declares in an agreement with Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Ministers pursuant to Government Decree No. 292 / 1949 Coll., on the provisional implementation of certain international conventions related to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade:
On 30 April 1950, the provisions of Annex A, Act X- Czechoslovakia, annexed to the abovementioned Protocol on the conditions of access relating to the following items of the Czechoslovak Customs Tariff shall become provisionally effective:
ex Notes to rates of 131 and 2 to rates of 132 milk powder; 458b); 459a) - (e); ex 460 rock drills with tips of hard metal; 470a), (b); ex 484 ball and roller bearings; ex Note to the rate number 530 of the milk centrifuge weighing more than 300 kg; ex 538a) of the absorption system cooling device - for goods originating in all countries which enjoy the most benefit in the field of customs duties when imported into the Czechoslovak customs territory.
