amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 24 October 1945, No 104 Coll., on racing and business councils.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
Decree No. 104 / 1945 Coll. is amended as follows:
1.
"The interest of the employees of the plant (hereinafter referred to as" the race council ') is a race council, a racing confidant, a business council and a replacement body of the race council. The race council is the primary and executive body of the unified trade union organisation.'

"The race board shall be elected for two years'.
3. Article 10 (2) (c) reads as follows:
"(c) by dissolution of the race board by the competent authority of the unified trade union organisation; or"

"(1) The employment (service) ratio of a member of the race board may be cancelled by the employer and a member of the race board may be translated by unilateral measures to manage the race into another race only after prior approval of the race board.
(2) If the race board has refused approval, the employer may propose to the competent authority of a single trade union organisation that, on the site of the race board, agree to cancel the employment relationship or transfer.
(3) The approval of the racing board referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 is also required for the termination of the employment (service) relationship of the former member of the racing board two years after the termination of his post. However, there is no need for consent at this time if a former member of the race board has been legally sentenced
(a) for a crime, or for an offence or offence, committed by a motive of low or dishonest or for an offence against public morality;
(b) for an offence or offence pursuant to the Act of 19 March 1923, No. 50 Coll., for the protection of the Republic, as amended by the laws amending it and supplementing it. "

"Membership of the race board shall cease:
(a) by the demise of the racing board or the cessation of its activities;
(b) loss of selectivity;
(c) by untying the employment relationship with the race;
(d) surrender if approved by the competent authority of a single trade union; or
(e) depriving a member of the race council of the competent authority of a single trade union organisation. "
Paragraph 9 (1) of Decree No. 104 / 1945 Coll., as amended by this Act, also applies to racing councils chosen prior to the application of this Act pursuant to Article II of the Decree of 5 November 1946, No 216 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 24 October 1945, No 104 Coll., on racing and business councils, unless their activities have ceased.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1948; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Social Welfare in agreement with the Ministers involved.
