GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 7 December 2022

determining the scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps

The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Article 115 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Act No. 247 / 2017 Coll., ("the Act '):

§ 1

The basic tariff scale for members of the Security Corps is set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

§ 2

The basic tariff scale for members of the Security Corps provided for in Section 114 (2) of the Act is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

§ 3

Government Regulation No 532 / 2021 Coll., establishing the scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps, is hereby repealed.

§ 4

This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
