DECLARATION
of 4 December 2017
amending certain Regulations in the context of the arrangements for the uniform arrangements of service of staff of the State Administration of Forests, Hunting and Fishing Authorities
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 51 (3) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests and on the amendment and addition of certain laws (Forest Act), pursuant to § 68 for the implementation of § 61 (5) of Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on Hunting, and under § 32 of Act No. 99 / 2004 Coll., on Pond, on the exercise of fishing law, on the fisheries guard, on the conservation of marine fishery resources and on the amendment of certain laws (Fisheries Act):
Amendment to and designation of the Order on uniform service of staff of public forest authorities
The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No 79 / 1996 Coll., on the uniform service of staff of the State Administration of Forests and on their designation, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No 52 / 1999 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), the first sentence is deleted.
2. In Article 1 (1), the word "Universe'
3. Paragraph 1 (2) and (3) are deleted.
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 2.
4. Paragraph 2 is deleted.
Paragraphs 3 to 6 shall become paragraphs 2 to 5.
5. In Paragraph 4 (2), "2 'is replaced by" 1' and the words "(acceptable uniform components) 'are deleted.
6. In Paragraph 4 (2), in the second sentence, the word "brown 'is deleted.
7. In Paragraph 4 (3), "4 'is replaced by" 3'.
8. Annex 1 shall read as follows:

Amendment of the Order implementing the Hunting Act
Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 244 / 2002 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting, as amended by Decree No. 350 / 2003 Coll. and Decree No. 362 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 33 (1), including footnote 14, reads as follows:
"(1) The service uniform of staff engaged in the management of hunting activity (hereinafter referred to as" uniform ") is the same as that of staff of the public authorities of the lesbianauthorities (14), including the definition of its mandatory clothing components and permissible clothing components which may be combined with the compulsory clothing components.
14) Paragraph 1 (1) and Annex 1 to the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No 79 / 1996 Coll., on the uniform service of staff of the public forest authorities and their designation, as amended. "
2. Paragraph 33 (2) is deleted.
Paragraphs 3 to 5 shall be renumbered paragraphs 2 to 4.
3. In Paragraph 33 (3), the words "listed in Annex 19 to this Decree (permissible uniform components) 'are replaced by the words" permissible uniform components'.
4. Annex No 19 is deleted.
Amendment of the Decree implementing the Fisheries Act
Decree No. 197 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 99 / 2004 Coll., on the Pond, the exercise of fishing law, the Fisheries Guard, the Conservation of Marine Fishery Resources and amending certain laws (Fisheries Act), as amended by Decree No. 239 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 20 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 122 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 123 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 336 / 2017 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 24 (1), including footnote 12, reads as follows:
"(1) The service uniform of staff engaged in the management of fisheries (hereinafter referred to as" the uniform ") is the same as that of staff of the public authorities of the lesse.12), including the definition of its mandatory clothing components and permissible clothing components which may be combined with the compulsory clothing components.
12) Paragraph 1 (1) and Annex 1 to Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No 79 / 1996 Coll., on the uniform service of staff of the public administration of forests and on their designation, as amended. "
2. Paragraph 24 (2) is deleted.
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall become paragraphs 2 and 3.
3. In Paragraph 24 (3), the words "listed in Annex 12 'are replaced by the words" permissible uniform components'.
4. The part of Annex 12, "Clothing components of the professional uniform of staff of the public administration of fisheries" shall be deleted.
TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
Staff uniforms in accordance with the legislation in force before the date of entry into force of this Order may be used no later than 2 years after the date of entry into force of this Order.
EFFECTIVE
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
