DECLARATION
of 20 November 2008
amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related acts, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Section 96 of Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 165 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Decree No. 230 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 499 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 566 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 660 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 539 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 300 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 352 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 389 / 2007 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, the following point 14 is inserted after point 13:
"14. Certificate of legal capacity to enter a registered partnership '.
Points 14 to 16 shall become points 15 to 17.
2. In Article 24 (1), the third sentence is replaced by the following: "A copy of the first matrix document issued, a copy of the matrix document issued after an additional entry or correction of the registration in the matrix book shall be entered in a collection of documents or a duplicate of the matrix book held until 31 December 1958 in the manner set out in Section 8 of the Act. Copies of each additional matrix document, if not copies referred to in the third sentence, shall be entered in the file documentation. ';
3. In the first sentence of Article 24 (3), the words "current title 'are replaced by the words" existing at the time of issue of the matrix document, which shall also be entered in the matrix book'.
4. In Paragraph 25 (3), at the end of the text of the first sentence, the words "or the body of the local authority for the exercise of the delegation 'shall be added.
5. in Paragraph 25 (4) (e):
"(e) send an official stamp to the Office with extended competence or to the Regional Office to verify the authenticity of the signature of the Registry and the authenticity of the stamp, if the representative office of a foreign State or the State authority so requests; the extended office or regional office, after verification, shall send the matrix document to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ';
6. Paragraph 26 (3), including footnote 2, reads as follows:
"(3) If the matrix documents are to be used abroad, the matrix office shall, upon request, send an extension of office registration document or the county office to verify the authenticity of the signature of the matrix and the authenticity of the stamp (2).

7. in Article 26 (4) (a):
"(a) an indication of the Office with extended competence or the Regional Office;"
8. in Article 26 (4) (e):
"(e) the name or names, surname and signature of the Registry of the Office with extended scope or of the Office of the Region and the stamp of the Office with extended scope or of the Regional Office.";
9. In Article 26 (5), the words "or the Regional Office which carries out the tasks of the extended offices which are included in its administrative district after the verification clause is indicated 'are replaced by the words" or the Regional Office after the verification clause is marked'.
10. Paragraph 27 (5) is deleted.
Paragraph 6 shall become paragraph 5.
11.
(1) In the event of a change in the Registry, the Authority and the Regional Office shall, within five working days, transmit the specimen of its signature and the specimen of the stamp of the Office.
(2) The Regional Office shall, in the event of a change in the matrix of the Matrix Office, the Extended Authority or the Regional Office, send to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within five working days a copy of its signature and a copy of the stamp. '
12. In Annex 2, the following Model 14 is inserted after Model 13:
"MODEL 14
The models 14 to 16 up to now are renumbered 15 to 17.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
