THE LAW
of 10 June 2004
amending Act No. 97 / 1993 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Administration of State Material Provisions, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 97 / 1993 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended by Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 189 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 241 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3, "financing of economic measures for crisis situations' is replaced by" financing of economic measures for crisis situations 1) '.
footnote 1 is replaced by the following:
"(1) Act No. 241 / 2000 Coll., on economic measures for crisis situations and amending certain related laws, as amended."
2. footnote 1 shall be renumbered footnote 1a), including the footnote reference.
3. The following Section 3a is inserted after Section 3, including footnote 1b:
(1) At the initiative of the Ministry of Interior, the Administration will take over the movable property, which is donated to the Czech Republic in the context of foreign humanitarian aid at times of crisis. From the date on which it is taken over, the Administration shall be responsible for this property and shall include it, according to its purpose, in the relevant category of material reserves.
(2) During the crisis period, the Administration shall proceed with the management of the property referred to in paragraph 1 in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Interior.
1b) Act No. 219 / 2000 Coll., on the property of the Czech Republic and its presentation in legal relations, as amended. '
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
