DECLARATION
of 1 December 2017
amending Decree No 345 / 2012 Coll., on the control of the gas system and on the transmission of data for the control
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 98a (1) (b) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Enforcement of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 158 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 211 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll.:
Decree No 345 / 2012 Coll., on the control of the gas system and on the transmission of data for the control of the control system, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 5 (5), the words "to allow safe and reliable management of the system 'are deleted.
2. in Article 6 (1), the following point (a) is inserted:
"(a) a forecast of operation for a given gas day specified during the gas day and the following gas day including an hourly forecast of gas consumption for the whole territory of the Czech Republic,."
Points (a) to (d) shall be renumbered (b) to (e).
3. In Article 6 (1) (b), the words "hourly gas consumption forecast for a given gas day specified in its course and hourly gas consumption forecast for the following gas day taken from distribution system operators," shall be inserted after the words "processed on the basis of";
4. In Article 6 (2), the words "in accordance with Article 18 'shall be inserted after the words" dates'.
5. In Article 7 (1), the words "and hourly gas consumption forecasts for a given gas day 'shall be added at the end of the text in point (a).
6. In Paragraph 8 (1), "monthly 'is replaced by" daily'.
7. in Article 10 (1) (a):
"(a) the management of the operation of the distribution system according to continuously monitored operating parameters and hourly forecasts of gas consumption in the distribution system on a given gas day, as specified during its operation in cooperation with the dispatches of connected distribution systems,";
8. Paragraph 18 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) Distribution system operators shall transmit hourly gas consumption forecasts for the following gas day to the transmission system operator, broken down by distribution zone, daily within 22.00 hours. ';
9. In Paragraph 18, the following paragraphs 5 and 6 are inserted after paragraph 4:
"(5) Distribution system operators shall transmit during the gas day to the transmission system operator hourly gas consumption forecasts for the gas day, broken down by distribution zone.
(6) Distribution system operators shall transmit the data referred to in paragraph 5 at 8.00 hours, 14.00 hours and 22.00 hours and each significant change in the hourly forecast of gas consumption in the distribution system. ';
Paragraph 5 shall become paragraph 7.
10.Paragraph 18 (7) reads as follows:
"(7) The data referred to in paragraph 1 (a) and paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be transmitted electronically.";
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2019.
