on pricing decisions
In accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, the Energy Regulatory Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No 458 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the exercise of government administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued price decisions No 3 / 2013 of 27 November 2013, on regulated prices related to the supply of gas, and on price decisions No 4 / 2013 of 27 November 2013 fixing the regulated prices related to the supply of electricity to low-voltage customers.
In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 3 / 2013 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 28 November 2013, amounting to 6, and price decision No 4 / 2013 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 28 November 2013, amounting to 7. On that date, the price decisions became valid. The two pricing decisions shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
Furthermore, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 5 / 2013 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 28 November 2013, amounting to 8, and Price Decision No 6 / 2013 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 28 November 2013, amounting to 9. The two pricing decisions shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
