DECLARATION
of 21 August 2006
amending Decree No. 446 / 2005 Coll., laying down a number of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport visa issued, as amended by Decree No. 356 / 2006 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 182 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll.:
In Paragraph 2 (1) of Decree No. 446 / 2005 Coll., which provides for a number of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport within the territory of the Czech Republic only on the basis of an issued airport visa, as amended by Decree No. 356 / 2006 Coll., point 2 is inserted after point 1:
"2. Egyptian Arab Republic,"
Points 2 to 16 shall become points 3 to 17.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
