GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 September 2005
amending Government Regulation No 148 / 2005 Coll., laying down the conditions for granting aid for the non-food use of oilseed rape for the production of rape oil methyl ester
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund), as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 41 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 237 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll.:
In Section 5 of Decree No. 148 / 2005 Coll., on the conditions for granting a subsidy on the non-food use of oilseed rape for the production of rape oil methyl ester, the amount of "7 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 3 680 CZK'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
