DECLARATION
of 30 November 2022
amending Decree No. 196 / 2001 of the Ministry of Justice Coll., on the remuneration and replacement of notaries, trustees and notaries of the Czech Republic (notarial tariff), as amended
The Ministry of Justice provides pursuant to § 107 of Act No. 358 / 1992 Coll., on notaries and their activities (notarial order), as amended by Act No. 303 / 2013 Coll.:
In entry A of the Annex to Decree No. 196 / 2001 Coll., on the remuneration and compensation of notaries, administrators of the estate and notaries of the Czech Republic (notarial tariff), in the sentence the fourth words "contains only the mandatory requirements prescribed by the Civil Code and the Commercial Corporation Act 'are replaced by the words" corresponds to the model of the social contract under the Commercial Corporation Act'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect 30 days after its publication.
