ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 16 October 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of the provisions of Section 6 (1) (c) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 17 October 2020 at 00am
I. amends paragraph I / 4 of the Government Resolution of 12 October 2020 No 1023, published under No 409 / 2020 Coll., which reads as follows:
"4th to all
- public health authorities,
- medical emergency services providers,
- health care providers, and
- social services providers in facilities of homes for people with disabilities, homes for seniors and homes with special regime and all relief social services in residence form (pursuant to § 48, 49, 50 and 44 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on social services)
use on their territory the working obligation of the persons referred to in point 1 and inform the Ministry of Health of the measures taken in this respect, ';
II. Deletes the Annex to the Government Resolution of 12 October 2020 No 1023, published under No 409 / 2020 Coll.
