on the issue of a price decision
According to Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, the Energy Regulatory Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment to Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued price decision No. 2 / 2012 of 25 October 2012, on thermal energy prices.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 2 / 2012 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 26 October 2012, amounting to 6. The price decision became valid on that date. The activity shall take place on 1 January 2013.
