DECLARATION
of 13 October 2025
amending Decree No. 280 / 2023 Coll., on the conditions for the performance of the activities of energy specialists
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides, pursuant to § 14 (4) of Act No. 406 / 2000 Coll., on Energy Management, as amended by Act No. 177 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 318 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 310 / 2013 Coll. and Act No. 103 / 2015 Coll., for the implementation of the Act No. 10 (6), § 10 (7) (d), § 10 (8) and § 10a (3) and § 5 of the Act No. 406 / 2000 Coll., as amended:
Decree No. 280 / 2023 Coll., on the conditions for the performance of the activities of energy specialists, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 3 (1), the word "activity 'is replaced by" activities'.
2. In Paragraph 3 (2), the words "activities selected by him 'are replaced by the words" activities selected by him', the words "activities' are replaced by the words" activities' and the words "which 'are replaced by the words" which'.
3. In Paragraph 3 (3), the word "each 'is deleted.
4. In Article 3 (4) (b), "activity 'is replaced by" activities'.
5. In Article 5 (3) and (4), the word "the longest 'shall be inserted after the word" duration'.
6. In Article 6 (1), "80 'is replaced by" 75'.
7. In Paragraph 6 (3), the last sentence is replaced by the sentence "The model of the protocol on the conduct and outcome of the expert examination carried out in due time is set out in Part A of Annex 3 to this Decree."
8. In Article 7, at the end of paragraph 2, the sentence "The model of the report on the course and outcome of the expert examination carried out in the corrective period is added to this decree in Part B of Annex 3."
(9) Annexes 1 to 3 shall read as follows:

10. In Annex 7, Part A, note III to Part A (3) (3.6):
"3.6. Other purpose of drawing up:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2025.
