THE LAW
of 26 October 2021
amending Act No. 499 / 2004 Coll., on archiving and file services and amending certain laws, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. in Paragraph 47 (1) (e), the word "Zumpu" is replaced by "Hradec Kralove."
2. in Paragraph 48 (1) (e), the word "Zumpu" is replaced by "Hradec Kralove."
3. in Annex 3 (a) (9):
'9. State district archive of Praha- rural areas located in Dobřichovice, '.
4. In Annex 3 (a), point 10 is deleted.
Points 11 and 12 shall become points 10 and 11.
5. in Annex 3 (e) to the Introductory Part of the provision, the word "Puddle" is replaced by "Hradec Králové."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
