DECLARATION
of 19 November 2008
amending Decree No. 442 / 2006 Coll., laying down the structure of the information published on the compulsory body in a way that allows remote access
According to Article 21 (3) (a) and (b) of Act No. 106 / 1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information, as amended by Act No. 61 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll.:
Annex No 1 to Decree No 442 / 2006 Coll., establishing the structure of the information published on the obliged entity in a way that allows remote access, is amended as follows:
1. In point 4.1, in the column Content of the entry after the first sentence, the following sentence is inserted: "Where a compulsory body uses multiple contact postal addresses, other information specifying the purpose of their use shall also be provided; in the first place, the address of the registered office to which the" Seat "shall appear as the purpose of use. ';
2. In point 5, in the column "Content of the entry ', the words", specific symbol' are inserted after the words "variable symbol '.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
