Government Regulation No 167 / 2016 Coll., on the contribution to the mitigation of the social impact of restructuring and the reduction of the activities of legal entities in the coal mining insolvency, is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Government Order and in the title of Annex 2, the words "in insolvency 'are deleted.
2. In Article 1 (1) and Annex 2, in the text below the first table, the words "in insolvency 'are deleted.
3. in Article 1 (3) (a):
"(a) a designated mining company, a legal entity engaged in the extraction of coal referred to in Annex 1 (1) to this Regulation, or a fissile plant of a state-owned undertaking to which the rights and obligations arising from the employment relationships of employees of the designated mining company listed in Annex 1 (2) to this Regulation have been transferred,";
4. In Paragraph 2 (3) (b), "CZK 7,000 'is replaced by" CZK 5,300'.
5. In Article 4, the words "to the address of her permanent residence 'are replaced by the words" to the address of the service where the beneficiary communicates it or to the address of the permanent residence or place of residence'.
6. In Annex 1, the following point 2 is added:

7. In Annex No 2, first table, the words "or the address of the place of residence 'are inserted after the words" Permanent residence address' and the following row is added:

8. In Annex No 2, the words "No 101 / 2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended 'are replaced by the words" No 110 / 2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation)' and the words "Personal Data Protection Act 'are replaced by the words" Personal Data Processing Act and General Data Protection Regulation'.
Transitional provision
The contribution granted in accordance with Paragraph 2 (3) (b) of Decree-Law No 167 / 2016 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be granted even after the entry into force of this Regulation at the amount referred to in § 2 (3) (b) of Government Regulation No 167 / 2016 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
